On March 9th, 1863 Mosby’s rangers would go to a county in Virginia and take an incredible haul of treasure.
They found gold, silver, jewelry and more. However the rangers were not able to make it away with this incredible loot even though their brave leader was a well educated and veracious man. A man the size of a mouse with he heart of a lion.
John Singleton Mosby is so much more than just a man that recovered stolen treasure. He was a veteran, a convict, a fighter and also a loser. But he never gave up on the things he believed in. Except for recovering his treasure.
Todays video is on who Mosbey was and how he acquired this incredible treasure which was worth $350,000 at the time of recovering but in todays values it’s worth a whole lot more. Also if you plan on going in search of this treasure I’ll even give you a bit of advice on what you’d need to do.
