i feel like national treasure should be higher up on the list. they were great movies that deserved more films
Looking for a movie I saw as a child, can’t remember the details and cause me to search for years. The movie was out around late 90s/early 00s, I only remember the last scene where the main character (can’t rmb the face) reach a castle/palace/temple hidden inside a jungle. They reached a room inside the building and found a treasure (vaguely remember it looks like a crafted idols) which could emit some light that destroy things (these part could be remembered wrongly). Aside from that I only remember there were people who dress up those tribal dress with feathers, jewels and some wears facepaints/mask. If this rings a bell with you or you have watched any movie with slight similarity, please tell me as I have been searching this for years and wouldn’t let go a single piece of clue.
Kelley’s Heroes is missing,too.

Anyone got the name, actors, title of this foreign Teenage treasure hunt movie from the 80s/90s?i remember it said DETECTIVES on the VHS and it wasn’t some suburban thing. They travel around,.it’s a bit more serious than your typical 90s clubhouse kids group. I think it’s late 80s early 90s, I remember they cut open the spine of a book and found a treasure map? Can someone find out about it and link it to me? Thanks

I trying to find a movie which i watched once in 90′ ! I watched it on vhs tape.
The thing is that i remember very little of that movie… just few scenes. It should be treasure hunt/adventure type movie.
Can someone help me find that ?
I remember:
Girl in the jeep which is half in the river, while main male character is in near in the water and something like washing self… or maybe even trying to catch a fish in his hat ! Girl find a big piece of meat and try to ”wash/clean” it, and piranhas grab it and ate half of it !
She throw it, dude jump in jeep and they escape river.
Some wild tribe catch that same girl, and that same dude from previous scene come to rescue her. The girl is bound to something, those savages jumping around/dancing… fire is there… and our hero success to push the big rock from some higher point on the tribe, and they run / spread around. He come and rescue girl – now i am not sure but i sth like remember that there is one more man in that scene – who sacrifice himself, bcs this tribe start returning.
In this movie is one very unique villain who look like… not sure how to explain. Cyber Plague Doctor ? Its in my memory like mask of plague doctor but more like cyber mask/ tech mask. He almost look like that he’s robot ! Or maybe to compare his look with, Darth Vader !? It is somehow similar 😋
The most interesting thing about that character/villain instead of his look is that he plays some keyboard instruments – and it sounds like > Dark Tech Organ Choirs ! The noise of it in my memory is somehow sharp and unbearable.
I ”think” that at the end this same villain capture that girl, and our hero ”again” manage to smash/crash/kill the villain with rock !
Does this all sounds familiar/recognizable to anyone ?

Why didn’t you show any clips from Treasure Planet with Jim Hawkins on the list? It deserves to be mentioned even though it appeared in some of the videos on this channel after this video was uploaded.

"National Treasure" was great. I do wish the entire shaft sequence (see it on the deleted scenes of DVD) had been used; it made more sense. And… a movie where Sean Bean does NOT die!
