Not a bad idea. And kudos for finding a way to reuse plastic waste. But it’s not something I would buy.

This is an excellent idea, just recycling isn’t enough anymore we have to think about what we buy and try not to get plastic in the first place. It’s so tough certain things only come in plastic containers (yogurt) my cryptonite. But stories like this make me hopeful that we can figure this out and make the world better.

This is really awesome. I love what she is doing! Upcycling is really what more people should be looking into doing more widely. I know I am doing it more with my artwork and crafting. 💜🎨🌞☮✌

A valiant effort. She should try to make something that uses more plastic per item though. Maybe building materials like plastic blocks for construction. There’s a company where I live that recycled plastic bags into planks for decking. That wouldn’t work in Hawaii because of the constant sun but internal building materials might be fine

I’m going to start this, hopefully it will keep going.

Finally, they post the name of the company/organization so we can help support them.
