The nails were very interesting. They made them from Copper and Brass to keep from corroding. Great video.

Yeheah! Great episode. Really makes you think now. Those look like native carvings, especially with the spiral looking thing. Also I believe the vikings were already christianized at that point so the crosses fit as well. Cool finds yall!

Hello from Knoxville. Was it cold in that boat? That’s some old history in that area. It amazes me what our country was like before we messed it up. How clean it all was and all the fish in the rivers. Main is beautiful but it’s cold. Stay safe say hello to the family for me.

    Todd,
Perhaps that inscribed rock and that area might be investigated by Archaeologists.
You never can tell what specialists might find.
Usually Occam’s Razor prevails, so that’s probably Sailors or Native Americans,
    but who knows??
    Cheers,
    Rik

  27. Renaissance Man on June 9, 2023 at 7:56 am

I love the music you chose for this video and it fits for the scenes. That ship looks like a ship from Greece or the Mediterranean

All of New England was precisely built over an ancient lithic culture even older than the native Americans. All this land was cleared ponds lakes rivers either drained flooded altered redirected.. you get the point there. Cities in big towns built over some of the most prominent known areas. You got all those malls plazas highways municipal buildings and so on.. I know places still purposely hidden under ponds around my home alone.. been all over NE.. hell Id go too far as to say there were probably big monasteries or something on the presidential’s that were Dynamited away like so many other areas

  29. P Taylor on June 9, 2023 at 7:58 am

I think the carving of the "fin here, fin there" was the drawing of a whale. Beautiful island!
