I guess when they drained the pacific that had nothing to do with the flooding around the Atlantic. Don’t be concerned of the consequences.

I laugh at how they say Vancouver & Seattle *are* in danger of a tsunami.. HORSESHIT.. Vancouver is protected by that 500 km (300 mi) long island off its coast and the Smaller island at both ends that protect the Salish Sea from getting angry. While Seattle is protected by the Southern end of Vancouver Island and the Olympic peninsula as well as the islands in the Puget Sound. Vancouver Island highest peak is over 7000 ft, the eastside of Vancouver Island probably wont even get wet.

Lost Worlds of the Mediterranean had me hooked! It’s one thing to read about ancient civilizations, but it’s another to see the seabed where they once thrived. The visuals were stunning and really brought the history to life.

  41. @larrywalsh9939 on December 28, 2023 at 9:52 am

I like National Geographic, I’m always interested in science, but Nat Geo’s kind of heading downhill – way, way too much sensationalism and overdramatization in their documentaries now. Not necessary. You’re reporting science. Science is interesting. You don’t have to fluff it up to try to make it interesting. We’re intelligent human beings.

  42. @mrbfros454 on December 28, 2023 at 9:52 am

I didn’t realize you could hire the movie trailer voice guy to do an entire documentary.

OK seen enough this, obviously as a result of a world war that destroyed cities around the world in this course sample proves the timeline of the destruction of what people are calling “the era of Tortaria“ in the last of the so-called destruction of the world war happenedin Japan, it was the last country where proof of the old world still existed, and had to be destroyed.

  45. @ZimCrusher on December 28, 2023 at 9:55 am

2:05:00 Love how, with Zero evidence, they assume a ship was carrying slaves, just so they can side track, and describe the US slave trade, and how awful it was. The guy even says "there were no shackles, or skeletons found" but since the ship is now empty, it had to have been something perishable…. so… yeah.. it could have also been produce, but let’s just talk about the slave trade… because… US guilt and all that.

  46. @MWD3158 on December 28, 2023 at 9:55 am

And people say God couldnt flood the entire earth? What would happen if every fault, and every volcanoe went off at the same time? Global flood.

  47. @Akulion1 on December 28, 2023 at 9:56 am

    The narrators favorite word: remarkable!
I don’t think I’ve ever heard that word said so many times in such a short time 😂
    Good documentary thanks!

  48. @ninarizzo7312 on December 28, 2023 at 9:57 am

Amazing and fascinating information!!! WOW 😲❤️❤️❤️💯👏👏👏👏

  49. @lordsears9245 on December 28, 2023 at 9:58 am

The drain the ocean is running out of stream and are now trying to think up fear inducing theory’s that have zero merit. Even if something crashes off the plateau of the nw plate, the wave would go west and not east. As for the volcanic threat, not one volcano in the nw has any threat to a large american city.

  50. @LowBudgetKiwi on December 28, 2023 at 9:58 am

To put the Christchurch quake into perspective. The buildings were designed to withstand a very strong quakes should the ground move as predicted. On that day, it didn’t, The ground moved in a very unpredictable way, in a way it scientifically shouldn’t have and that’s what caused the destruction….
