    Your information is so wrong. Idaho is the fastest growing state. In fact it’s growing so fast that it’s not stable. Interest rates will start to go up soon. Infact feds want to raise it 4 times in this next year. Wages in Idaho isn’t good compared to other states. Our government just handed out billions of dollars which is now causing the highest inflation of all times. Money isn’t free. We will have to pay it all back sometime. The stock market is taken a hit and soon we all will take a hit. Another 2008 in the works? No something worse. Trust me. It’s going to get worst

    The prices may be high in treasure valley area, compared to what they used to be. But if you compare the home prices there to prices in the SF bay area the treasure valley still looks like a good deal.
