Well I think to answer your question about where he buried it I would have’t say that you would probably have’t know the man before you can assume where he buried his riches. I’d say if he was a traveling man out of the area he probably took it with him but if he stayed in it my guess would be to bury it somewhere where it cannot be found. I think this is one legend that will stay hidden because of the place he hid the riches.

You really believe his wife didn’t know where the money was buried? Nonsense. History always underestimates women. She probably charged a fee to those prospectors and told them they could keep 50% of what they find knowing they would just make off with it. If they were slightly honest they would tell her they found a small pot of coins. Meanwhile she’s already had all the money moved to a secure location and is making money off of the myth.

How do you convince him that he’s got an original piece of art from this painter and that it’s very valueble? Gosh. I can’t convince him and he doesn’t believe me. I’m ready to pull the plug on him because he’s not realizing what he has and that it’s very valueble.
