You sound like Bob Ross the Painter from the 80’s: Oh, there’s a Happy little cloud, and let’s paint some trees down here to bask in the golden light from Heaven, or whatever. But, in your case it’s more like: Oh, there’s a pretty little gold coin. Oh, she is beautiful, and looks like Lady Liberty has some friends over here. : ) ha ha. I liked and Sub’d. God bless Us.

History at its finest. I enjoy your stories so very much. I had GGGG Grandfathers who fought
on both sides. I have pictures of them mostly Confederate. I wish I knew so much more about my
heritage. I hardly know anything and have very little pictures of them. Just things scribbled on
the back of their pictures. I guess I will never know anything more than I do now.
Sad but I have tried to find things on them. Other family members just don’t even know as much
as I do. I guess the pictures got to thinking of them. Sorry, Lee I didn’t mean to take anything
away from your story. It was a great and interesting one, as usual. ♥
