Gday Jess from Victoria Australia. Love your videos mate. Helping me a lot. Have you studied Victorian Oregenic gold before. Biggest nuggets in the world here for some reason. Possibly related to Orogeny. Would love to see a video from you about Victorian gold

There are what I believe are lead mines all over Vermillion county. I came upon several closed mines when I was a kid playing in the woods. Iā€™m talking old old mines that were abandoned and long ago forgotten. Evidenced by the lack of closing the giant holes in the ground

Question I live in a midwest town of Quincy on the Mississippi is it even worth the time to try to find gold in this area?

What are your thoughts about gold prospecting on a river that runs along an anticline and has limestone bedrock as well as shale and a large amount of sandstone?

Hicks Dome is tied to the same geological event that created the Illinois – Kentucky Fluorite district. It is not related to the coal mines of So. Il. or the lead mines in Mo.

What about around jodavis county. The glaciers went right around it. Would gold deposit around the edge in creek beds on bedrock. Lots of strange shaped hills in this county as well. Shaped like giant cones

I find Indian pottery shards along the banks of the Rock River near Dixon IL and have seen a few gold flakes in the pottery. Seen what looked to be gold dust in the water where I’m finding the artifacts.
