Hi. Breathe air. God made all. His son, Jesus, pardoned all of all wrongs.

  2. @jennifers6560 on December 28, 2023 at 9:30 am

The government’s fake authority even reaches things other people find that they never even intended on looking for.

  3. @joekat6451 on December 28, 2023 at 9:31 am

How odd to find ownership rules which are somehow worse than copywrite laws

  4. @dakshitchhadwa2454 on December 28, 2023 at 9:33 am

Hey please make a video on how international physical currency is transported.

  5. @graye2799 on December 28, 2023 at 9:35 am

I will never understand the legality of the abandoned shipwrecks act. Its just effectively the government claiming any shipwreck in state lines as theirs without any compensation to owners, and im shocked there wasn’t a legal challenge to it. The laws on abandoned ships are just stipid and obvious, just the state wanting the money to itself. I support any individual or company that hides it and doesn’t tell.

I’m a fan of the ‘finders, keepers’ rule, when it comes to sunk or buried treasure.

  7. @az5339 on December 28, 2023 at 9:38 am

    12:01 nice

  8. @PVS3 on December 28, 2023 at 9:39 am

I would love to hear one of these property-grab efforts end with the treasure hunter teplying "fine, if it was yours then I’ll just put it back" and dumping or burying the stuff right where they found it.

  9. @HWEWSWEW on December 28, 2023 at 9:42 am

This is by far the best channel on YouTube.

  10. @WinnaBouny on December 28, 2023 at 9:42 am

Remind yourself of this. If you come across gold jewelry or bricks on a ship, simply melt the gold to create new bricks without stating anything.

  11. @BilTheGalacticHero on December 28, 2023 at 9:42 am

Stan, not Sue was sold to the Abu Dhabi Natural History Museum.

  12. @FirstOHNameOfficial on December 28, 2023 at 9:42 am

This was insane timing for me, as I just got to see Sue YESTERDAY! Was not expecting this!

I can’t believe how disgusting Spain is by claiming our silver and gold that they stole. Ridiculous

Faith, South Dakota mentioned for the 2nd time in 6 videos⁉

  22. @NovelNovelist on December 28, 2023 at 9:54 am

Frankly, I think we ought to do something like give those claiming to be the "rightful owners" of a ship that has sunk (sovereign nations included) something like 50 years to recover/salvage it, after which time anyone is free to salvage it and keep everything for themselves regardless of how ironclad the original ownership would have been. If you’ve left your property at the bottom of the ocean for 50 years — seriously, finders keepers.

  23. @TheAmericanMuffin on December 28, 2023 at 9:54 am

FYI, the Black Hills Institute is scummy as hell. There’s other great museums in the area that are much better run and less scammy. Don’t get me wrong, it’s important to this story but I don’t recommend visiting them in real life.

  24. @delwarmia9393 on December 28, 2023 at 9:55 am

    Very like vedio thanks

  25. @seanm.9334 on December 28, 2023 at 9:57 am

7:27 "160 Miles off the coast of North Carolina", shows Charleston SC

  26. @axelhallen5802 on December 28, 2023 at 9:57 am

Did you make this vid because of that movie with that spiderman dude based on video game?

  27. @AverageFornaxEnjoyer on December 28, 2023 at 9:57 am

Imagine being a greedy government taking full claim of someone else work and then fining them for it.

  28. @NolePTR on December 28, 2023 at 9:57 am

Charleston is South Carolina, not North Carolina.

  29. @luciushilliard6352 on December 28, 2023 at 9:59 am

14:18 You said Sue instead of Stan

  30. @rohitdevare6299 on December 28, 2023 at 10:01 am

    Very Important Video

  31. @AlejandroFlores-vi8tl on December 28, 2023 at 10:02 am

I am not a libertarian but damn just taking a pile of silver from a centuries old ship that was destroyed and abandoned from the people the actual put the effort to find and recover the treasure.

  32. @fakjbf3129 on December 28, 2023 at 10:02 am

7:28 Ah, the great city of Charleston, North Carolina

  33. @legacyXplore on December 28, 2023 at 10:03 am

I sold a business a few years back and have relic and treasure hunt full time over the last three years. I could tell so many stories that would blow your mind. Just as recently as 3 or 4 years ago it seems likely the FBI stole a huge amount of gold found by a father and son who followed the law to the letter. It’s called Dents Run I recommend researching it. The amount of caches from the late 1800s and the Great Depression years that are still waiting to be found is staggering! I search and find said treasures and document every hunt for future content release. Unfortunately I’m not able to do it in real time or I would be knee deep in stuff just like this. To be clear finding treasure is very hard and you should think 50k in a few gold coins in a Mason jar not a pirate chest full of thousands of gold coins. But there are so many small ones and sure a few big ones to be found. If your lucky enough to find one keep you to yourself. Have patience.

  34. @ecidragon on December 28, 2023 at 10:04 am

Sam, at 14:17 you said Sue instead of Stan. I don’t know if you can fix that at this point……. Great video though. (Just finished 3 seasons of Jet Lagged, did not see dinos in that.)

  35. @alecstilwell8968 on December 28, 2023 at 10:10 am

I drafted all three of the holds, its been tough holding out faith 😅

  36. @843Bobinator on December 28, 2023 at 10:11 am

As usual I loved the video, you’re far and away my favorite content creator. Thank you for all the work and passion you put into these!

One minor potential correction, you showed North Carolina but the city that you used connected line to the ship wreck was Charleston, SC. I think you might have done this one other time, and with it being my hometown I’d love if you give us the shoutout next time it’s relevant lol!

  37. @desertshadow6098 on December 28, 2023 at 10:11 am

I am sure that the peoples of the countries that fight for ownership of these massive recovered treasures will receive their fair share. 😐

  38. @realSethMeyers on December 28, 2023 at 10:12 am

I feel sorry for the Black Hills Institute. They were just trying to do something cool for their community ☹️

  39. @Josiahhhhhhh on December 28, 2023 at 10:13 am

how tf did this miss my and apparently a bunch of people’s recommended

  40. @lakebarrett5546 on December 28, 2023 at 10:15 am

Charleston is in South Carolina, not North. That shipwreck was off the SC coast

  41. @antipoti on December 28, 2023 at 10:15 am

So we all become more valuable every day it would seem 🤔

  42. @ernestd on December 28, 2023 at 10:16 am

when will your deleted israel-palestina video be back?

  43. @snafufubar on December 28, 2023 at 10:17 am

It isn’t just treasure. Ships sunk in WW2 that are regarded as war graves are being plundered not for treasure but the metals they were built of.

  44. @duke101695 on December 28, 2023 at 10:17 am

At 7:38 in the video, that’s SOUTH Carolina the shipwreck is 160 miles from, not NORTH Carolina as stated in the video lol

  45. @Shadowtimez843 on December 28, 2023 at 10:20 am

Bring back second thought to nebula!!!!

  46. @user-mg7us3si5w on December 28, 2023 at 10:24 am

Honestly, this treasure hunting is fucking bullshit. It’s not worth it not because its insanely hard, it’s not worth it because the greedy fuckers that refuse to retrieve it will sue you to death trying to claim it back.

  47. @SM-tg7vl on December 28, 2023 at 10:24 am

Correction: around 14 minutes, the t-rex skeleton sold to the Abu Dhabi Natural History Museum is mistakenly referred to as Sue, while it should be Stan 🙂

  48. @michaelfercik3691 on December 28, 2023 at 10:25 am

Treasure hunting is about to be put on steroids with our book and YouTube channel teaching the world how to apply the physics involved in dowsing with the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod, which is the only dowsing rod that precisely gauges all of the dowsing. Read and study our book: The Art of Dowsing – Separating Science from Superstition ($14.95), by Michael Fercik, for leaning how to build and all the physics involved in dowsing with the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod. Then become a professional dowser by practicing the book’s dowsing lessons. Also, learn all the physics involved in dowsing and be entertained by watching our YouTube channel: Tracy and Michael’s Dowsing Adventure.

If they are worried that academia might lose out to for-profit ventures, we should make a system where the fed pays land owners/treasure hunters a fair amount. Don’t they have this in the UK, and that’s why you hear so many stories of random people going out with metal detectors and finding treasure, because they get a cut and the land owner gets a cut and then it goes to the museum?

  50. @Slick85 on December 28, 2023 at 10:28 am

Wendover, are you feeling okay? I didn’t hear "airline" in this video.
