HUGE CACHE !!! Found in Texas

HUGE CACHE !!! Found in Texas

Mr. Don Evans asked us to search the property of his father in-law and mother in-law, who had both passed away.
They had buried money in several spots on the property, the last one buried was assumed to be buried in the late 70s. They had kept a map that they started when they buried the first, and as they buried, they recorded on the map each spot……..unfortunately…….the landmarks where no longer around, so the map was not that very helpful.
But we did find two spots with caches and we have more to find.
Rain delays that day cut our hunt time short. So we will be searching the property again in the near future.
So stay tuned!

Thanks again to Mr. Evans for allowing us to do the search.

You don’t stab a plastic milk jug with a garden tool, take a sharp knife instead and cut the top off. These guys are way too impatient for their own good, don’t destroy the value of the coins with deep gouge marks.

I’d go the bank and get a Roll of Quarters every Spring and ? When I’d go spread my Mignorginite on my Lawn? The Qtrs would go in with it.. and do the same but leave the roll alone and plant it under a New Bush I would plant.. Give the new/Next owners some fun..

Some of the most careless and destructive digging techniques I’ve ever seen. If there were any rare or really valuable coins they would be ru2ined.

Why would you stab the container like that with possibly valuable numismatic specimens… unless your just going to sell it at melt value… that dude would have been buried in the holes we dug…

I’m burying money a a certain spot on my property for my two kids. They both know where it’s at but rarely come visit, so I don’t worry about. They can have it when I’m gone.
Been doing for almond 14 years. I hope they enjoy themselves with my grandkids with that money.
Just thought it would be fun.
