Heads up everyone, detachable headrests can be used as glass breakers in the event you crash your car into water.
First unbuckle yourself, grab the headrest, and then jam it’s legs into the bottom of the window vertically before bending it back towards you. The leverage will shatter the glass and let you get out.
This is also why I recommend having a small glass breaker on a keychain or being prepared moderately for a situation like this. Moderately, not excessively.
