Good luck with finding a place where the mineral rights aren’t be already owned.
It is against the law to mine the beach.
For good to reason too.the beach is more important than the gold.. greedy morons should be made into beach material 😠😠😠🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬😠😠🤬😡😡🤬😠😠😠😠😠🤬😠😠🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬😠😠😠🤬🤔😡😡😠😠🤬😡😡😠😠🤬🤬😠😠🤬🤬

  7. Joyce Campbell on September 30, 2022 at 8:54 am

So what is their reason for stopping this ???

  8. ROBERT snyder on September 30, 2022 at 8:55 am

There is also a large amount of PPG’s in that black sand.

I note that you take the time to answer your questions. That’s great because some of us have the same questions. Thanks!

    Great video!!

  13. IronGav on September 30, 2022 at 9:00 am

Wow… I live in Grays Harbor County and this is absolutely amazing! I wonder if there’s any gold on the Westport beaches!

  14. ROBERT snyder on September 30, 2022 at 9:00 am

I grew up down there and I’ll give you a real good lead on where the greatest amount of gold is at around the mouth of the Columbia river. You have to have a boat to get there. It’s Sand Island out from the town of Chinook. Bunker Hill Mining actually leased the area from the state in the early 1960’s for good mining but the locals sank the big dredge because they believed the lie that the mining company used mercury in their process.

  15. constantine Hunter on September 30, 2022 at 9:04 am

Looks like I’ll be heading down to my local beach tomorrow with my shovel, it has black sand patches so I’ll see if there is gold there. Thanks for the awesome content.

  16. Wild West Adventures on September 30, 2022 at 9:04 am

Curious if you guys have dug in Gold Beach in Oregon and how the gold compares

  17. sPaGskEtTi on September 30, 2022 at 9:06 am

You can blame Maria Cantwell for finally getting this legislation passed after years of pushing this legislation year after year. Modern small scale mining takes contamination out of environment. Living in Washington I’m used to the black sand.

  18. Mark Hepworth on September 30, 2022 at 9:07 am

Need to make a wave action pump for a high banker/gold cube…motor free..

  19. Sam C on September 30, 2022 at 9:07 am

You’ve got some pretty nifty techniques down now!
This was awesome, and what a crazy looking place, to boot! I’ve never seen sand that dark so widespread, or trees so close to the beach!!

    Excellent stuff, as always!

  20. ROBERT snyder on September 30, 2022 at 9:10 am

Guys I know from Port Orchard were making 1/2 oz. days on the beach before our idiot governor stopped motorized dredging.

  21. Joyce Campbell on September 30, 2022 at 9:11 am

    …new de-magnitizer is really fun to watch…

  22. James Fish on September 30, 2022 at 9:12 am

After you take it home put it in a large
    Pan and dry it out

  23. Hmm, what's that? on September 30, 2022 at 9:12 am

Be stealth and do whatever you want. I’ve been prospecting all over Washington State lately and didn’t give one s*it about the "laws".

  24. TheMikeFlanders on September 30, 2022 at 9:12 am

Are there any special rules for prospecting on the ocean beach?

  25. Gold Hunter on September 30, 2022 at 9:13 am

That’s what you get voting in the most rabid liberal governor this side of California. The more gold harvested, the better it is for the whole country.

  26. Bill Martz on September 30, 2022 at 9:17 am

What a fun place with like minded folks. Cheers!

  27. LeXxtEr on September 30, 2022 at 9:18 am

  28. Daniel Kuster on September 30, 2022 at 9:19 am

There is a work around to the electric motor issue – Haron’s fountain with a slight modification

    https://youtu.be/5_Pbb1Ywo18

At the 2:30 timestamp is what I am referring too

Imagine instead of the small containers using 2 5 gallon buckets. Then you just have to raise the Cube and Hog above (or dig a couple of holes below) so the discharge from the Cube and Hog become the container on the top in the video link above.

I almost got it to work with milk jugs but I did not have rubber gaskets as they do in the video and I got pressure leaks preventing the upward flow. I also used longer tubs between containers which caused failure in my test. I believe it can be done on a larger scale than in the video

  29. dewdew34 on September 30, 2022 at 9:20 am

Awesome area of nature. Would love to visit. Nice video Shane.

very disappointing to hear about the beach mining! buggah!

  32. Wild West Adventures on September 30, 2022 at 9:23 am

Why did we ever agree to these government entities governoring us??? We can’t do so many things in fishing, hunting and mining. Some things of course make sense but many of these regulations are ridiculous

  33. Jay Alaska on September 30, 2022 at 9:24 am

What a cool beach. Nome has black sand beaches like this.

  34. Justin Kowalke on September 30, 2022 at 9:24 am

is the beach all claimed up, or is it open to public?

  35. Zachery Sevier on September 30, 2022 at 9:24 am

I think I got a pay dirt for you jbiadventures??? eBay…. Just curious if you done a video on them. No guarantee gold amount but if anybody can find it in this stuff it would be you.

Government overreach once again… Welcome Comrade 🙄🙄. Any info to help things change for “We The People” I’d love to help!!!

  38. Cherry Goblin on September 30, 2022 at 9:28 am

How does such a large amount of gold end up in these kinds of beaches?

  39. ROBERT snyder on September 30, 2022 at 9:29 am

When we get rid of our idiot governor then maybe we’ll get to mine again. It’s rumored that he took 4 1/2 million bucks for a bribe to stop gold mining from Trout Unlimited.

  44. Idaho Panhandler on September 30, 2022 at 9:36 am

Washington. A liberal crap hole where you can’t even run a recreational size dredge. I thank God I left that steaming pile of goo 30 years ago. I live in Gods country now and pity my friends and family who bitch about their liberal politicians but stay there and pay their salaries. You’re all a sadistic bunch of suckers to want to live there.

  49. The Rogue Pirate Smithers on September 30, 2022 at 9:41 am

Good gold spots and good fishing spots ya just don’t tell people about them because the pressure from people blows up fast.

It’s different though for public beaches like this and makes a good spot for those who want to enjoy the activity but aren’t able to go to other places due to physical, knowledge, access limitations to other places that produce.
