On that first creek you guys went to, basically that creek needs to be about dry to get all the overburden out. It has tons of gold in it though you just have to get down to it.

This location looks so familiar to me but I cant place it. Looks like lake Seaton in GA. I’m from Heflin/Mt. Cheaha and lately I started panning as a hobby. First place I went was Devils Den and I actually found some gold! Tiny flakes but gold nonetheless.
