Another garbage history show
Old episode, after the amount of time that has went by since the filming of this, it has to be a bust. If that amount of gold surfaced, it would’ve made news. And History channel would’ve wanted the views and commercial pay, they would’ve done a advertisement build up before the announcement. So never found it, dead end, a bust. I heard the gold was liquefied using mercury and resolidified with citric acid. Was stored in Mason jars. So many stories, so many trails. Funny that none of those that hid the gold never got to spend it….or did their families get some of it?

Lake Michigan will let you have a look with a warning, Superior would not let you go home. You need to stay away from those lakes. You have over stayed you’re welcome, next you won’t be around anymore. Please you have to respect lake Michigan it’s a killer. You are lucky to be going home. I live a few miles from lake Michigan near Traverse City.

Why would the gold smugglers push all their gold into deep water at a point in history when there’s very limited diving equipment making the gold impossible to recover. It doesn’t make any logical sense
