The Virginia Gold Is Getting Better!!!

The Virginia Gold Is Getting Better!!!

In this video we explore a couple new claims, do some metal detecting panning and crevising before breaking out the dredge for a great show of VA gold!! I also show the process I use to clean up my gold from dense black sand concentrates to something more easily panned!!

Wish I didn’t live in Radford VA sometimes. So darn far to travel to do any prospecting. There are a few historically reported places about 15 to 25 min south of me in Rhiner but I doubt they hold anything now.

Great video! Man I was hoping you’d dredge the river where you were detecting. How come you didn’t? That claim needs some people to start dredging it lol.

Great gold! Even better that it came from Virginia. Definitely subbed!

Found gold on a creek bed on my property. It runs off from a mine that about 10 miles up the road. Do they still own the rights to the gold or may I pan it in central Va near buckingham.

I lived in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. I never considered prospecting in the local creeks. They contain a lot of black sand. The shores of the Potomac River is loaded with great panning spots too. I’ll think about it the next time I’m back in VA.
