Gosh, this sort of thing is my absolute dream. How do you find places where people aren’t demanding you stick to marked trails? Is this a North vs South thing? Most woods around here are either state parks or private property with no trespassing signs.

Hey Kyle, did you ever get a chance to head to North Georgia to hunt some of the Paleozoic sites up there? I know of at least 1 exposure for Cambrian Trilobites around there, as well as a spot for Silurian Brachiopods.

Omgoshh.. I have and have had about 6 or 7 of the very same bottles, the one in the thumbnail, with the weird designs & texture, I never knew what it was.. mist of the time I just find them & bring em home and collect em.. I dont clean half of them lol.. they’re all kinda neatly displayed around my porch, many of them whole & intact with the tops still in good condition! Love your vids btw, you & Chris are awesome, I’ve been watching for about 2 yrs now! I was born & raised in Florida, till I was 28 when we moved up here to KY, I’m about 5 mins from I-75 in central southeastern part of KY, it’s very similar looking to what you were exploring here in this vid! I sure do miss FL though, hoping to move back by end of the year.. Alachua & Marion County too!

I made it up to your neck of Florida today and walked some creeks. I think I stumbled on one of the creeks you walk. I found an awesome old beer or ale bottle made in a three piece mold from the late 1800’s. Great day walking the creeks for Father’s Day with the family! The creek is safe with me. 🤫

My gramps had a gas station, it lost it’s S. When we were kids we took every opportunity to work it into our stories. You are braver than I, we don’t have gators and fewer poisonous snakes.
