Treasure Hunting in Snake Land, Louisiana

Treasure Hunting in Snake Land, Louisiana

T.J., Chef Bourque’ and a local, Leo, go relic hunting in the most snake infested lands in Louisiana nicknamed “Snake Land.” Just to begin the hunt, several snakes had to be ran off or killed. The Cotton Mouth is extremely venomous and aggressive, especially this time of year.

it looks like your close to my town i live in southeast la right by the Mississippi line cotton mouths are plentiful and dangerous. I love looking for stuff out in the woods and if u dig up the crawfish holes you can pull em out its not enough to eat but there fun to catch. I love Louisiana we are free from the worlds deranged since of materialistic views. We don’t care what you wear or how much you weigh or how much you make. We love each other and love to gather and listen to music and drink!

There used to be an oil well there. It caved in and oil spilled. So they blasted the area. That’s what those little "ponds" around were…flooded blast holes.
