I haven’t found any gold yet after 3 years of metal detecting but I am going to Cyprus in 3 weeks so hopefully I’ll find some then. Aren’t you afraid of muggers or something? How do you stay safe at night? My neighborhood is _reasonably_ safe yet I’ve had a few creepy encounters with one guy reaching into his pocket on me, thank God it was just an apple. Never went outside after 10 PM again 😅

Merrill, you made a critical mistake after you found the gold cross by moving away from the area after you found it….chances were extremely high that there was also a huge gold chain that broke off and was somewhere near that cross…..not sure if it was edited out but wondering if you went back and canvased the area?
