We have adventured 10 states so far, buried 10 treasures so far for this season, and found the cooooolest place in South Dakota. People usually think about going to Mt Rushmore, so we did. They also get creative and think about going to the Crazy Horse Man monument thing…so we did that too. But what people don’t usually seem to talk about is Badlands National Park and there’s not even a possible good reason for that. This place is so rad. Next time your near South Dakota, take a 5 hour detour to go see Badlands National Park. It’s seriously so rad. On to the next state!

We went to the Badlands a few years ago and loved it. It was so beautiful! Glad you guys checked it out cuz I’m pretty sure most people have never heard of it.

Yes! I am born and raised in South Dakota and lived in Rapid City for a few years before traveling back east. We have some beautiful sites in this state, especially the hiking. Spearfish Canyon is one of my favorite peaceful areas!
